Six-minute tour in drizzling rain of parts of the New Rochelle dowtown area on 8/25/06 by Frank Sisco, including views of new developments such as "Trump Plaza at New Rochelle" and "Avalon Phase II" and views of the Library Green and Lawton Street.

One long videoclip of the south end of New Rochelle, starting at Weyman Avenue and Main Street, near Home Depot, and traveling toward Glen Island (with stops at Frank's parents' house on Park Ridge Avenue and Pelham Country Club scenes) with several beautiful views of Glen Island Park. The owner, Esther Elstein in selling her business "Craftorm Lingerie Shop" which she has owned and operated since 1970. The quickly accelerating growth and status of New Rochelle add significantly to the many exciting features of this business, making it an excellent opportunity for the new owner.
