Remove outdoor carpeting from all 3 decks and restain the wood in order to make them easier to care for and to enhance appearance. 5. Close up the underside of the second floor deck, with a folding door (accordian type) to enhance appearance.       5. Increase usability of the space, by sectioning off part of the living room for (a) a study/office (b) separate sitting area or (c) another bedroom. 6.
