Directions to Good Counsel/Sisters of the Divine Compassion Arts Festival: From Rte. 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) If traveling from the west take Exit 6 (See Pace Univ. sign) and turn right at the light onto North Broadway (Rte. 22 South). Proceed to the 5th light and turn left onto the campus. From the East take Exit 6 and turn left at the exit light. Turn left at the next light onto North Broadway and proceed to the 6th light. Turn left onto the campus. From Long Island Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge onto New England Thruway; take Exit 21 onto 287 west; you can also take the Hutchinson River Parkway to 287 West. From New York City Major Deegan Expressway onto New York Thruway. Take Exit 8 at Elmsford onto 287 East. From New Jersey Garden State onto New York Thruway. Cross Tappan Zee and follow signs for 287 East and White Plains (Exit 8). From Connecticut New England Thruway or Merritt Parkway or 684 to 287 West. From Up-State New York New York Thruway across Tappan Zee onto 287 East. From the Bronx Bronx River Parkway to Sprain brook Parkway. Exit at White Plains onto 287 East. Come to the Security booth and bear right (no need to check in with Security). Keep blue house on your left, park anywhere at bottom of slope. Walk up the hill toward the Church. Facing the side of the Church pass grotto on your left, turn right and the inauspicious front door is immediately on your right. Ring bell.
